Petsyl started with a simple frustration: pet gear is either cheap and disposable, or beautiful and wildly overpriced. We wanted the middle ground — clever, well-made essentials that genuinely solve everyday problems, at a price real pet parents can justify.

How we keep prices fair — and how we ship
We work directly with our manufacturing partners and ship from their warehouses rather than holding expensive local stock. That keeps our overheads low and our prices honest.
The trade-off is delivery time, and we'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you at checkout. Orders are processed within 3 business days, then take 6–12 business days in transit — 9–15 business days in total, and the same for every product we sell. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes days apart. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Our promise to you
We back every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right — it arrives damaged, doesn't suit your pet, or simply isn't what you hoped — get in touch and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage; if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover everything. The details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law always apply, and nothing in our policies limits them.
Shopping securely
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure over an encrypted SSL connection. We never see or store your full card details. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our replacement fountain filters can be set to Subscribe & Save, delivered automatically on the schedule you choose. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account — no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
