These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Petsyl website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Products, pricing & availability
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that all details, colours or images are error-free. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if a product is out of stock, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. By providing payment details, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.
6. Shipping & returns
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act, or the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Subscriptions
Some consumable products are available on a recurring delivery plan. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at the interval you select. You may pause, reschedule or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, logos, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Petsyl and may not be copied or used without our permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable consumer rights, Petsyl is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Australian customers retain the benefit of the Australian Consumer Law.
